新京报贝壳财经讯 10月22日，科大智能科技股份有限公司（简称“科大智能”）向港交所主板递交上市申请书，华泰国际、国元国际为联席保荐人。该公司曾于2026年1月19日递表港交所。招股书显示，科大智能是一家由电力设备及储能与机器人双轮驱动的中国大型科技企业。
