10月22日，科大国创（300520）发布公告，杨涛因个人原因，申请辞去公司董事会秘书等职务，之后不在公司继续任职。
在未正式聘任新任董事会秘书期间，由公司董事长董永东代行董事会秘书职责。
2026年中期，科大国创实现收入4.19亿元，归母净利润-1.08亿元。
