鼎丰集团汽车公告称，公司股份自2025年3月31日起暂停买卖，因未能于2026年9月30日或之前履行复牌指引而复牌，上市委员会于2026年10月9日决定根据《上市规则》第6.01A(1)条取消公司股份在联交所的上市地位，自2026年10月27日上午9时起生效。
