北京商报讯（记者 董亮 实习记者 张天藉）10月21日晚间，盘龙药业（002864）披露公告称，当日，公司以集中竞价交易方式回购公司股份约11.62万股，占公司目前总股本的0.085%，最高成交价为20.29元/股，最低成交价为20.25元/股，成交总金额约235.5万元（不含交易费用）。
据悉，盘龙药业回购股份期限为自2026年8月26日起12个月内，预计回购金额1000万元至2000万元，回购股份用于公司员工持股计划或股权激励。
