据外媒报道，Reservoir Media已达成协议，收购《Feliz Navidad》词曲作者兼演唱者何塞·费里西亚诺（José Feliciano）的录音版权。
这笔交易于10月21日（周三）公布，同时包含费里西亚诺姓名、形象和肖像的非独家使用权。
Reservoir并未披露交易的财务条款。这家在纳斯达克上市的公司发布公告后，后续内容未再展开。
对乐迷而言，《Feliz Navidad》几乎是每年圣诞季的固定曲目，而此次易手的并非这首歌本身，而是费里西亚诺的录音版权资产。
