【乌克兰国家电力公司宣布全境开始工业限电】财联社10月20日电，乌克兰国家电力公司20日上午在社交媒体发文宣布，因受此前的俄军空袭影响，乌全境开始实施工业限电。乌国家电力公司说，截至20日早上，乌境内共有12个州发生断电。为预防受损电力设施过载，当天将限制乌全境的工业用电，部分州将实施全面轮流停电。（央视新闻）
