10月20日，工业和信息化部装备工业一司发布《汽车及挂车外部照明和光信号装置的安装要求（征求意见稿）》。其中明确，不具备L3级及以上自动驾驶系统的车辆，禁止安装ADS标志灯。
同时，ADS标志灯的专用光色要求为蓝绿色。此前，L2级别辅助驾驶信号灯大多采用蓝色。
