近日，德州市公安局车辆管理所发布通告，自 2026 年11月1 日起，德州市不再办理外省国四及以下排放标准柴油货车（含牵引车，不含低速货车、三轮汽车）转入登记业务。请计划办理车辆转入的车主提前知悉该政策调整，合理安排业务办理时间。在选购外省二手柴油货车时，务必提前核实车辆排放标准，避免因政策限制无法办理转入登记，造成不必要的损失。
