10月20日，大众公用（600635/01635）发布公告，拟以货币（现金）方式认缴2.15亿元，投资于天津云程创业投资合伙企业（有限合伙）。
此次投资将使公司持有天津云程6.2910%的出资份额。公告中提到，天津云程的基金规模预计不低于34.1亿元，主要投资于战略新兴信息技术行业。
2026年中期，大众公用实现收入36.28亿元，归母净利润2.50亿元。
