【微亿智造：启动H股全球发售 拟于联交所上市】 微亿智造公告称，公司启动H股全球发售，初步发售3727.58万股H股，其中香港公开发售占10%、国际发售占90%，另设最多15%的超额配股权。最高发售价为每股21.46港元，每手100股，入场费约2167.64港元。香港公开发售采取全电子化申请，申请期为2026年10月20日至10月23日，预期H股将于2026年10月28日在联交所主板挂牌买卖，股份代号3275。
