据广东海事局，今年第30号台风“蔷琵”19日17时中心位于北纬14.6度、东经138.1度，距离台湾台北市东偏南方向约2080公里，中心附近最大风力17级以上（62米/秒），中心最低气压915百帕。七级风圈半径280~350公里，十级风圈半径100~120公里，十二级风圈半径60公里。预计，“蔷琵”将以20~25公里的时速向西偏北方向移动，强度变化不大。广东海事局决定于10月19日18时启动防热带气旋四级应急响应。（央视新闻）
