本次活动以“科技见习，实干成才”为主题，分两期开展，每期50人，一共100名学员参训。培训采用2天集中培训，加1天到岗实践的模式，在集中学习结束后，第一期学员将于10月19日奔赴各个见习单位上岗。而第二批培训也将在11月7日至9日进行。
