聚焦世界运河大会｜捷克嘉宾Tomas Kolarik：中国水运建设“跨越式发展” 期待世界运河大会再次来亚洲召开

大运河传媒讯（董明 徐蓉 发自广西桂林）10月15日，2026年世界运河大会在广西桂林闭幕。捷克航道与内河航运公益机构负责人托马斯·科拉里克(Tomas Kolarik)接受大运河传媒专访时说，对比世界运河大会在欧洲和亚洲举办的区别时发现，中国古运河的修缮与保护工作取得了巨大进展；中国在水运建设领域正经历一场被业内称为“跨越式发展”的变革，内河航运的发展模式发生了重大转变。他表示，十分期待世界运河大会能再次来到亚洲召开。Grand Canal Media News (Dong Ming,Xu Rong from Guilin, Guangxi)On October 15, 2026, the World Canal Conference concluded in Guilin, Guangxi. Tomas Kolarik, head of the Czech Waterways and Inland Shipping Public Interest Organization, said in an interview with Grand Canal Media that compared to the locations where the World Canal Conference has been held in Europe and Asia, significant progress has been made in the restoration and protection of ancient Chinese canals. China is undergoing a transformation known as “leapfrog development” in the field of water transport construction, and the mode of operation in inland shipping has changed significantly. He expressed his hope that the World Canal Conference will be held in Asia again.

捷克航道与内河航运公益机构的工作主要涉及航道、内河航运项目及旅游领域的协调与推广。有部分政府机构正在承担水道修建、维护工作，我们机构的职责就是协助各方在相关事务上开展协作。Our work is mainly about cooperation and coordination in a field of waterways and inland navigation projects and tourism. There are state organization which are building waterways or take maintenance about them, and we are helping them to cooperate some of this.

我参加了五次世界运河大会的相关会议，这是我第二次来到中国。早在2012年，我就曾到访扬州。参加会议之外，我们还有机会在从重庆前往三峡大坝的途中，乘船游览。整个行程既能看到中国航道的发展变迁，也能一睹古运河的风貌，十分有意思。Actually I attended about five conferences for World Canals Conference. And in China, I'm actually second time. First time I was in 2012 in Yangzhou and that was a conference which we have a possibility also to take a boat trip. From Chongqing to Three Gorges Dam, it was very interesting to see development of the Chinese waterways as well, the ancient canals.

我在欧洲和亚洲各地参加会议时，尤其是两次到访中国参会期间，发现一个最主要的差异：欧洲举办的会议，内容大多是交流信息，探讨欧洲运河现代化建设、欧洲内河航运现状以及全球航运发展情况。但在中国参会时，情况不一样。每次我们参加世界运河大会，最明显的变化就是都取得了重大进展。一方面，古运河的修缮与保护工作取得了巨大进展；另一方面，我们也能看到大型新水道工程正在建设，比如近期的平陆运河。这是在欧洲和在亚洲参会后，我感受到最核心的区别。因为中国在水运建设领域正经历一场被业内称为“跨越式发展”的变革，内河航运的发展模式发生了重大转变。由于该会议在中国举办，显得更加成果丰硕、颇具价值，不仅能转变我们对航道的认知视角，还能让我们了解全球各地相关项目以及古运河的相关信息。I visited conferences as well in Europe and as well here in Asia, particularly twice in China, the main difference is that when we are doing conference in Europe, it's mainly about to have informations to what are modernization of our canals in Europe, how looks our waterway transportation or how it looks around the world. Every time we visited the conference, the main difference is that there is a big progress as well in the reparations of the ancient canals and their preservation as well. There is a constructions of a new big waterway projects as we see, as we could saw a Pinlu canal. In recent days. This is the main difference because what is happening here in China in term of a construction is a, there is a big, as it was called, leapfrog in the way of development of waterways and inland navigation, as the conferences held in China were always a big success and very interesting. And. In term of changing our point of views to the waterways, and to get information all around the projects around the world and also about the ancient canals.

我十分期待世界运河大会能再次来到亚洲。大会采用全球轮换举办的机制，每年在不同国家、不同大洲举办，这种形式很有价值。未来有可能再次来到中国，也可能选择亚洲其他正在推进运河新建工程、或是在古运河保护上取得亮眼成果的国家。我很期待，未来我们能再次相聚亚洲，共话运河发展。It will be interesting to come again to Asia. Let's see which country would be interesting, if it will be again China or any other countries in Asia where the canals are constructed or there is some progress in preservation of old canals. As the conferences are done globally, it would be always interesting to change those countries and the continents in each year. Let's see which year we will meet again here in Asia.
