10月19日，ST天圣（002872）发布公告，近日，公司控股股东刘群的163万股持股被法院强制执行，占公司总股本的0.51%，执行均价为5.97元/股。
公告指出，上述执行因刘群与他人合同纠纷的执行裁定书已发生法律效力，但被执行人刘群在指定期限内未履行生效判决确定的义务。
2026年中期，ST天圣实现收入2.33亿元，归母净利润-2417万元。
