10月19日，海默科技（300084）发布公告，持股5%以上股东宁波新越征程能源有限公司解除质押5900万股，占其所持股份的51.64%及公司总股本的10.75%。目前，宁波新越征程能源有限公司累计质押股份2105万股，占其所持股份的38.27%及公司总股本的3.84%。
2026年中期，海默科技实现收入1.30亿元，归母净利润-3585万元。
