10月19日早盘收盘，国内商品期货主力合约涨跌互现。其中，燃料油主力涨超6%，尿素、PVC、低硫燃料油、铂、铁矿石、锰硅主力等涨超1%；跌幅方面，苹果主力跌超4%，乙二醇主力跌近3%，焦煤、鸡蛋主力跌超2%，生猪、瓶片、烧碱、纸浆等主力跌超1%。
