中秋过后少吃发物，多吃4样润燥食材，一润肺二健脾三安神

中秋佳节过后，天气逐渐由热转凉，空气中的湿度也明显下降，“秋燥”便悄然而至。中医讲究“顺时而食”，此时饮食上需要做出相应调整，尤其要少吃辛辣、油腻等容易助燥生热的“发物”，以免加重秋燥对身体的侵扰。不妨多吃一些具有润燥功效的食材，既能润肺止咳，又能健脾养胃，还能宁心安神，帮助身体平稳度过季节交替。接下来就为大家分享几道适合中秋后食用的润燥佳肴，做法简单，营养丰富，让家人在享受美味的同时，也能吃出健康好状态。

第一道菜：百合莲子银耳羹

所需食材：干银耳一朵、干百合十五克、莲子二十克、红枣六颗、枸杞一小把、冰糖适量、清水约一千五百毫升。

步骤：

1. 将干银耳放入大碗中，加入足量冷水，浸泡约两小时，待其完全泡发后，剪去根部发黄的硬蒂，再撕成小朵备用。

2. 干百合与莲子分别用清水浸泡半小时，莲子若带有莲心可保留，莲心虽有微苦但清热安神效果更佳；红枣洗净后去核，枸杞用清水略泡洗净。

3. 将撕好的银耳小朵放入砂锅中，倒入一千五百毫升清水，大火煮开后转小火，盖上锅盖慢炖四十分钟，期间偶尔搅拌防止粘底。

4. 四十分钟后，银耳已逐渐出胶，此时加入泡好的百合、莲子和红枣，继续小火炖煮二十分钟。

5. 待莲子和百合变得软糯，汤汁明显浓稠时，放入适量冰糖，搅拌至完全融化，再煮五分钟。

6. 最后撒入洗净的枸杞，关火后盖上锅盖焖三分钟，让枸杞的甘甜与羹汤充分融合。

7. 盛出后温热食用，口感滑润清甜，若喜欢更浓稠的胶质感，可延长炖煮时间至一个半小时。

4. 取一砂锅，放入焯好的排骨、剩余姜片和葱段，倒入两千毫升热水，大火煮沸后转小火，盖上锅盖炖煮四十分钟。

5. 四十分钟后，捞出葱段弃去，加入山药块、胡萝卜块和玉米块，继续小火炖煮二十五分钟。

6. 待所有食材软烂、排骨脱骨时，加入适量食盐和少许白胡椒粉调味，搅拌均匀后再煮三分钟即可关火。

7. 盛入碗中，撒上少许葱花点缀，趁热喝汤吃肉，山药绵软，胡萝卜清甜，汤鲜味美。

1. 选择外皮橙黄、质地坚硬的老南瓜，这样的南瓜甜度高、水分适中，蒸后口感更加绵糯。

2. 将南瓜洗净，用刀削去外皮，再对半切开，用勺子挖去内部的瓜瓤和南瓜籽。

3. 把处理好的南瓜切成约一厘米厚的片状，或者切成大小均匀的块状，整齐地码放在一个深盘中。

4. 取一个小碗，放入两勺蜂蜜和两勺清水，搅拌均匀成蜂蜜水，若蜂蜜较稠可适当多加一点水。
