10月18日，润建股份（002929）发布公告，公司全资子公司五象云谷有限公司（乙方）与X公司（甲方）签订《AI词元跨境销售服务合同》，合同金额为2亿美元（约合13.38亿元人民币），合同周期为1年（十二个月）。
本合同属于跨境数字技术服务销售，将按双方实际消耗词元数量结算，预计将对公司经营业绩产生积极影响，具体确认收入金额以经审计数据为准。
2026年中期，润建股份实现收入37.56亿元，归母净利润2679万元。
