10月16日，三星新材（603578）发布公告，陈正君因个人家庭原因，申请辞去公司财务负责人职务，之后不在公司继续任职。
同时，在公司财务负责人空缺期间，暂由公司董事长金尚尚代行公司财务负责人职责。
2026年中期，三星新材实现收入8.35亿元，归母净利润-3957万元。
