10月15日，中金公司（601995.SH）发布公告称，公司换股吸收合并东兴证券（601198.SH）、信达证券（601059.SH）事项已获证监会批复，东兴证券、信达证券股票将于10月19日终止上市。本次换股实施股权登记日为10月16日，东兴证券换股比例为1:0.4376，信达证券换股比例为1:0.5210。换股完成后，中金公司将承继两家公司全部资产、负债及业务，两家公司将注销法人资格。（央广财经）
