工商银行（01398.HK）公告，公司2026年二级资本债券（第六期）（债券通）已于近日发行完毕。本期债券发行规模为人民币600亿元，分为两个品种。其中，品种一为10年期固定利率品种，发行规模为人民币300亿元，票面利率为1.76%；品种二为15年期固定利率品种，发行规模为人民币300亿元，票面利率为1.95%。募集资金在扣除发行费用后，将用于补充公司的二级资本。
