10月15日，曙光数创（920808）发布公告，拟与关联方中科曙光、海光信息、中科星图、星图测控等16家主体共同出资设立合资公司，注册资本为15亿元，其中公司出资2000万元，占注册资本的1.33%。标的公司将主要从事设计、制造及运营天基信息基础设施，开展天基信息计算和智能应用服务。
2026年中期，曙光数创实现收入2.46亿元，归母净利润-7340万元。
