10月15日，光韵达（300227.SZ）公告称，公司股东侯若洪解除质押580万股股份，占其所持股份比例13.04%，占公司总股本比例0.96%，解除日期为2026年10月14日，质权人为杭州工商信托股份有限公司。截至公告披露日，侯若洪及其一致行动人合计持有公司股份1.07亿股，占公司总股本17.74%，其中已质押股份5322万股，占合计持股比例49.55%，占公司总股本8.79%。本次股份解除质押不会对公司生产经营、公司治理产生影响。
