【保诚有限公司：10月14日于伦交所回购80.80万股股份拟注销】 保诚有限公司公告称，2026年10月14日公司于伦敦证券交易所合计回购808,016股普通股，每股回购价区间为8.838英镑至8.98英镑，合计支付约719.76万英镑，所购股份全部拟注销。其中447,975股依据2025年5月14日股东周年大会授权回购，360,041股依据2026年5月28日股东周年大会更新授权回购。本次回购后30天内为新股发行及库存股份处置暂止期，截至2026年11月13日。
