10月15日，据财闻海外资讯，若瑞士进一步加紧对瑞银的资本要求，集团正在制定应急计划，可能包括将总部迁出瑞士。
报道称，其他应急计划亦包括收购一间美国金融机构并迁册至当地、与一间欧洲竞争对手合并，或卖盘予一间美国银行。瑞银于2023年救助瑞信后，瑞士正考虑实施更严格的“大至不能倒”资本规定，瑞银估计可能需要筹集约160亿美元额外资本。
