10月14日，江丰电子（300666）发布公告，为加快国际化战略布局，增强公司境外融资能力，公司拟发行境外上市股票（H股）并申请在香港联合交易所有限公司主板挂牌上市。
公司将充分考虑现有股东的利益和境内外资本市场的情况，在经公司股东会审议通过之日起24个月内，选择适当的时机和发行窗口完成本次发行上市。
2026年中期，江丰电子实现收入27.37亿元，归母净利润5.40亿元。
