10月13日，中海达（300177）发布公告，公司决定出售全资子公司广州都市圈网络科技有限公司100%的股权予上海智兴，价格为150万元。
根据公告，交易完成后，都市圈将不再纳入公司合并报表范围。公司预计此次交易将对本年度业绩产生正向影响，约为2800万元。
2026年中期，中海达实现收入3.50亿元，归母净利润-4295万元。
