恒基兆业地产在公告中称，曾任克里斯汀·迪奥男装创意总监的金·琼斯，将于2027年在香港核心商业区、由恒基兆业开发的新建商场内开设其全球首间旗舰店。
公告显示，该门店选址中环海滨在建项目Central Yards，占地约4000平方英尺。
公告称，Central Yards一期零售面积达30万平方英尺。
除零售业态外，Central Yards还包含办公空间与剧院。
