10月12日，京东家政与上海共建的行业首个“智慧家庭服务实训中心”正式启用。该中心聚焦数智化家庭服务，建设日常保洁、家电清洗、整理收纳、母婴护理、养老照护、宠物服务等实训区域，将人机协同融入家政技能培训。截至目前，京东家政全国培训基地年培训人次超20万，每年创造10万个就业机会。
