10月12日，国恩股份（002768/02768）发布公告，公司决定收购四川中氟能新材料科技有限公司80%股权，交易价格为15.04亿元。中氟能成立于2022年5月，主要产品包括六氟化硫、四氟化碳和三氟化氮，广泛应用于高压电力设施和先进制造等领域。
