【途虎养车：10月12日回购23.3万股股份】 途虎养车公告称，公司于2026年10月12日在香港联交所回购23.3万股普通股，每股回购价区间为11.14港元-11.5港元，回购总金额为263.89万港元。本次回购股份拟用于注销，公司回购授权于2026年6月5日通过，可回购股份上限为8276.91万股，截至目前已累计回购2125.67万股，占授权日已发行股份的2.57%。
