10月12日，赛力斯（601127.SH）发布回购进展公告。截至10月12日，公司通过集中竞价累计回购1753.57万股，占总股本1.01%，累计耗资9.83亿元（不含交易费），成交区间43.99元 / 股～91.00元 / 股，较上次披露回购比例增加0.11%。
本次回购方案于2026年4月22日经股东大会通过，实施周期至2027年4月21日，计划回购总额10亿元至20亿元，回购股份用于注销减资。当前已投入资金接近回购区间下限，公司将继续择机实施，后续按规则持续披露回购进展。
