10月12日，博思软件（300525）发布公告，控股股东陈航解除质押股份1612万股，占其所持股份的16.54%及公司总股本的2.16%。目前，陈航已质押股份4726万股，占其持股总数的48.25%。
2026年中期，博思软件实现收入6.51亿元，归母净利润-4792万元。
