10月12日，索通发展（603612.SH）公告称，公司子公司索通新动能与河北凯意拟共同向索通凯意增资1.79亿元，增资完成后索通新动能持股55%、河北凯意持股45%，索通凯意作为实施主体投建年产30万吨煅烧焦及余热蒸汽利用项目，预计投资总额不超过5.50亿元。近日索通新动能收到国家市场监督管理总局决定书，对河北凯意收购索通凯意股权案不实施进一步审查，即日起可实施集中。
