10月10日，深圳金融监管局行政处罚信息公示表显示，广东华润银行深圳分行，因“银行承兑汇票贸易背景真实性审查不严，超授信额度签发银行承兑汇票”，被罚款110万元。
同时，相关责任人李雅静、彭罡睿被给予警告；李智隽、丁学海、王楷分别被禁止从事银行业工作4年、6年、7年。
