陈曦：10月13日，中国和老挝第五次边境国防友好交流活动将在云南省西双版纳傣族自治州勐腊县、磨憨口岸举行。此次活动旨在落实中老两党两国最高领导人共识，增进双方传统友谊，深化两军边防合作，共同维护边境地区和平安宁。
