新京报贝壳财经讯 10月9日晚，交建股份(603815)与祥源文旅(600576)先后发布公告，两家公司的实际控制人俞发祥于同日收到中国证监会下发的《立案告知书》，因涉嫌信息披露违法违规被立案调查。
根据公告，俞发祥除担任实际控制人外，未在交建股份、祥源文旅担任任何职务。两家公司均表示，目前生产经营一切正常，上述事项不会对正常生产经营产生重大影响。
