【中国铁建：不行使21铁建Y4续期选择权 将全额兑付】 中国铁建公告称，公司2021年面向专业投资者公开发行可续期公司债券（第二期）（品种二）（债券简称21铁建Y4，代码185038.SH）发行总额10亿元，首个周期票面利率3.64%。公司决定不行使本期债券第1个重新定价周期末的续期选择权，将于2026年11月23日将本期债券全额兑付。
