【圣贝拉集团：10月9日回购3.45万股股份】 圣贝拉集团公告称，2026年10月9日公司于香港联交所回购普通股34500股，每股回购价区间为2.63港元-2.73港元，回购总金额为93102.5港元，所购股份拟持作库存股份。本次回购占事件前已发行股份（不含库存股）的0.0056%。截至2026年10月9日，公司已发行股份（不含库存股）为615373000股，库存股份为6823500股。公司股份回购授权于2026年6月30日通过，可回购股份总数为62219650股，本次回购后相关新股发行及库存股处置暂止期至2026年11月8日。
