10月9日，和顺科技（301237）发布公告，原财务总监吴学友因个人原因辞去职务，辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。
为保障财务工作平稳开展，董事会决定由指定人员徐智诚代行财务总监职责，直至聘任新财务总监。
2026年中期，和顺科技实现收入3.77亿元，归母净利润779万元。
