10月9日，兴业银锡（000426.SZ）公告，公司此前披露全资子公司山南锑金拟以18元/股部分要约收购威领股份30%股份。本次要约收购已生效，山南锑金最终收购1593.64万股，支付收购价款2.87亿元，资金结算及股份过户登记手续已办理完毕，持股比例为6.12%，尚未取得威领股份控制权。
