【摩根大通：发行SPDR金ETF认购认股权证】 J.P. Morgan Structured Products B.V.公告称，拟发行6000万份欧式现金结算认购认股权证，证券代号18145，挂钩SPDR®金ETF港元买卖单位（证券代号2840），每份发行价0.151港元，行使价3200.000港元，每1000份认股权证对应1个基金单位权益，相关单位上限6万份。该认股权证推出日为2026年10月8日，预计10月13日于联交所上市，到期日为2027年2月26日，由摩根大通银行无条件不可撤回担保。
