格隆汇10月9日丨浩辰软件(688657.SH)公布，为保证公司控制权稳定，实现公司平稳有序发展，胡立新先生、陆翔先生、梁江先生、潘立先生、邓力群先生、梁海霞女士经友好协商，于近日签署了《补充协议》，一致同意将各方基于《一致行动协议》《补充协议》建立的一致行动关系有效期延长三年至2029年10月9日，在上述期限届满前，各方可另行协商延长事宜。
