消息面上，近日，中国奥园因转换2024年3月20日发行的2028年到期强制性可转换债券，配发及发行50.55万股新普通股，每股发行价0.66港元，占变动前已发行股份约0.011%。变动前已发行股份总数为47.1亿股，变动后增至47.11亿股。公司确认上述股份发行已获董事会正式授权批准，并遵照所有适用上市规则及监管规定进行。
