据新华社消息，联合国机构8日警告说，未来数月，厄尔尼诺现象将进一步加剧并将于12月达到顶峰，或将成为1950年以来最强厄尔尼诺事件之一，很可能使全球大部分地区气温高于常年均值并且改变降雨格局，增加不同地区发生干旱与洪涝的风险。
