北京商报讯（记者 郭秀娟 实习记者 鲁芹）10月8日晚间，中炬高新（600872）发布回购进展公告称，截至2026年9月30日，公司通过集中竞价交易方式已累计回购股份2127.22万股，占总股本的比例为2.76%，回购价格区间为17.11元/股至20.52元/股，已支付总金额约3.96亿元。公告显示，本次回购用途为"减少注册资本"。
