ASML（阿斯麦（ASML.US））及其光学合作伙伴Carl Zeiss（卡尔·蔡司）的工程师在一篇经同行评审的论文中表示，作为ASML最 先进芯片制造设备 ASML.AS 的继任者，新一代设备预计将在约10年内问世。论文称，这款被命名为“Hyper NA”的设备将在大量复用两家公司现有技术的同时，实现更精细的电路图案化，尽管仍面临诸多挑战。ASML已开始研发该设备，但尚未承诺投入生产。该设备不仅关乎该公司未来的发展前景，也关系到其合作伙伴和竞争对手的前景。
