目前安妮·卡森有诗集《安妮·卡森诗选：红的自传·丈夫之美》、译著《若非，冬季》、诗集《夜》等在中文大陆引进出版。
澎湃新闻记者独家获悉，接下来，还有《红的自传》的续篇《红的档案>》、安妮·卡森的博士论文《爱欲苦甜》（Eros the Bittersweet）、跨界文集《解构创造:诗歌、散文、歌剧》（Decreation: Poetry, Essays, Opera）、散文集《错误的诺玛》（Wrong Norma）将由译林出版社引进出版；安妮·卡森的文学绘本《特洛伊妇女》（The Trojan Women）、跨文体作品集《闲暇时分的男人》（Men in the Off Hours）、评论集《未失之物的经济学》（Economy of the Unlost）、诗集《玻璃、反讽与上帝》（Glass, Irony and God）将由新行思引进出版。
