10月8日，宁德时代(300750.SZ)公告称，截至2026年9月30日，公司通过集中竞价交易方式累计回购A股股份1094.52万股，占当前A股总股本的0.2482%，最高成交价331.61元/股，最低成交价286.53元/股，成交总金额33.03亿元。本次回购方案拟使用资金不低于200亿元且不超过400亿元，回购股份将用于注销并减少注册资本。
