华伍股份（300095.SZ）公告，2026年10月8日，公司与牧原实业、焦桐基金签署基金份额转让协议，拟将持有的焦桐基金3000万元对应有限合伙份额以人民币3469.96万元全部转让给牧原实业。交易完成后，公司不再持有焦桐基金任何基金份额。
